1. General Submission Requirements
Language: Submissions must be in English or Hindi and should be clear, concise, and free of grammatical errors.
Originality: All submissions must be original and unpublished. The work should not be under consideration elsewhere.
Plagiarism: Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is free of plagiarism. "Pragyan Prakalp" Publishing House uses plagiarism detection software to screen submissions. A similarity index of 15% or less is acceptable, excluding references, quotes, and common phrases. Any manuscript with a higher similarity index will be returned for revision. Deliberate plagiarism will result in immediate rejection and may lead to a ban on future submissions.
File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format.
Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font size, and 1.5 line spacing. Page margins should be 1 inch on all sides.

2. Research Articles/Papers
Abstract: Include an abstract of 150-250 words summarizing the key points of the research.
Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that capture the essence of the paper.
Length: The article should typically be between 3,000 to 7,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.
Structure: The paper should include an introduction, literature review, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references.
References: Follow APA (7th edition) or MLA (9th edition) citation style.
3. Book Chapters
Abstract: Provide an abstract of 150-250 words for each chapter.
Keywords: Include 4-6 keywords for each chapter.
Length: Chapters should generally be between 4,000 to 6,000 words.
Structure: Chapters should have a clear introduction, main body, and conclusion, with appropriate subheadings.
References: Use APA (7th edition) or MLA (9th edition) citation style.
Content: Chapters should provide in-depth analysis and discussion relevant to the book’s theme.
4. Reviews
Abstract: Submit an abstract of 100-200 words.
Length: Reviews should be between 2,000 to 5,000 words.
Content: The review should critically assess the work being reviewed, highlighting its strengths, weaknesses, and contributions to the field.
References: If applicable, provide references in APA (7th edition) or MLA (9th edition) format.
5. Conference Proceedings
Title & Authors: Each paper should include the title, author(s) name, affiliation, and contact information.
Abstract: Include an abstract of 150-250 words.
Length: Papers should be between 3,000 to 6,000 words.
Structure: Papers should follow a standard structure of introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion.
References: Cite sources using APA (7th edition) or MLA (9th edition) style.
9. Ethical Considerations
Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
Research Ethics: Authors must adhere to ethical guidelines in research, including informed consent and confidentiality where applicable.

6. Submission Process
Email Submission: Send your manuscript to pragyanprakalp@gmail.com with the subject line indicating the type of submission (e.g., Research Article, Book Chapter, Review, Conference Proceeding).
Review Process: All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors will be notified of the review outcome within 4-6 weeks.
Revisions: If revisions are required, authors will have up to 7 days to resubmit the revised manuscript.
7. Copyright & Permissions
Copyright Transfer: Upon acceptance, authors will be required to transfer copyright to "Pragyan Prakalp" Publishing House.
Permissions: Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for any third-party material included in their work.
8. Plagiarism Policy
Definition: Plagiarism is the unethical practice of using others’ ideas, data, or language without proper acknowledgment. It includes copying text, ideas, images, or data from a source without giving credit, as well as self-plagiarism, where the author reuses their own previously published work without proper citation.
Screening: All submissions are screened for plagiarism using advanced detection software. The acceptable similarity index is 15% or less, excluding references, direct quotes, and standard terminology.
Consequences: Manuscripts with high similarity indices will be returned to the author for revision. Submissions found to contain deliberate plagiarism will be rejected outright, and the author(s) may be prohibited from submitting future work to "Pragyan Prakalp" Publishing House.
Reporting: If plagiarism is identified after publication, the manuscript may be retracted, and the author’s institution may be informed.
